Job Description

As a Data Analyst at Urban Company, you will be responsible for:

Building Robust Data Infrastructure

• Designing and implementing a robust Data Warehouse and reporting layer.
• Standardizing metrics definitions across teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Creating a single source of truth for each metric, including definition, logic, computation, and documentation.

Solving Key Data Problems

• Addressing critical data challenges such as matchmaking professionals to customer requests, quantifying lost requests due to slot unavailability, detecting fraud, and optimizing customer segmentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop insights and data science solutions for key business segments.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing schemas for capturing granular data and ensuring data accuracy.
• Computing a single source of truth for key metrics.
• Building alert systems to detect issues in the data pipeline.
• Conducting data analysis to test hypotheses and identify factors influencing metric variations.
• Developing a feature store for data science implementations.

Job Requirements
