Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Now Now, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations. Your responsibilities include:

Comprehensive Understanding of Logistics Processes: Gain in-depth knowledge of ground processes across all verticals within the logistics domain and stay updated on standard operating procedure (SOP) changes.
Conduct Audits: Perform ground and system audits at logistics hubs to identify potential gaps in process checkpoints and shipment material handling.
Documentation: Prepare thorough documentation of key findings and ensure proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the feasibility of implementing improvements necessary to align with organizational goals and standards.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Fresh Graduate or Entry-Level Experience: Ideally, candidates should be recent graduates with internship experience or up to one year of work experience in a similar role.
