Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Statistical Analysis

Conduct statistical analyses to develop strategies for data-driven decision making.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Develop and implement NLP algorithms and models to extract insights from unstructured data sources such as text, documents, and social media.

Machine Learning

Apply machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, to solve classification, regression, and clustering problems.

Data Pattern Recognition

Identify data patterns and trends to inform decision-making processes.

Solution Proposals

Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges based on data insights.

Data Visualization

Present information using data visualization techniques to facilitate understanding and decision making.

Documentation

Document all processes and research findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications

Education

Master's degree in computer science, statistics, applied math, or related field required.

Technical Expertise

Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis.
At least two years' experience with SQL and statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS, Stata) required, with preference for Python.
Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks.

Problem-Solving Skills

Demonstrate strong problem-solving aptitude to tackle complex data challenges.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with different departments within the company and employees.
