Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining analytical tools such as dashboards and reports, aimed at enhancing business effectiveness. Location and Schedule
The position is based in Gurgaon (Sector 48) and requires full-time on-site presence from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
Process Streamlining and Product Feature Definition: Collaborate with core business team members to optimize existing processes and define necessary product features.
Product Feature Delivery Ownership: Take ownership of delivering new product features by closely collaborating with technology and product teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely project deliverables.
Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics effectively.
Performance Monitoring and Project Revisions: Continuously monitor performance metrics and revise projects based on outcomes.
Utilization of Advanced Analytical Techniques: Apply advanced statistical techniques, data mining, and text mining to extract valuable insights.
Requirements
Professional Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or high-growth startups.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python with at least one year of experience. Advanced expertise in data analysis, particularly in MS Excel.
Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong research and analytical abilities.
