Job Role: Product Analyst

About the Role: The Product Analyst plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the product, design, and engineering teams. The primary focus is on identifying opportunities for enhancing the product and creating new features. As a Product Analyst, you will be at the forefront of improving the user experience by leveraging insights into daily operations, features, and customer behaviors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Insight Gathering:

  • Gather and share insights on daily operations, features, and customer behaviors to assist the product team in uncovering, refining, and envisioning improvements.

• Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key metrics and track product performance to measure the impact of new features.

• Reporting:

  • Craft and present reports that convey valuable product insights to stakeholders.

• A/B Experiments:

  • Assist the team in conducting A/B experiments to optimize product features.

• Feature Delivery:

  • Collaborate with the team to execute and deliver high-quality features.

Skills: Must Have:

• Data and Analytics:

  • Strong data, statistics, and analytical skills.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Good grasp of SQL and Excel.

• Data Visualization:

  • Understanding of data visualization tools like QuickSight, Tableau, and analytics tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, etc.

• Adaptability:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, learn on the job, and get things done.

Good to Have:

• Data Management:

  • Proficient in managing extensive data sets from various sources.

• Programming:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R & Python.

• API Familiarity:

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

• Technology Awareness:

  • Basic grasp of mobile and web technologies.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Undergraduate degree in an analytical or qualitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
