The Role

• End-to-End Learning Experience:

  • Take ownership of the quality of the end-to-end learning experience for global flagship programs in analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence.
  • Develop all components of the learning experience, including video content, hands-on/labs material, projects, and various other learning activities/interventions.
  • Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), faculties, and industry experts to ensure a comprehensive and impactful learning journey.

• Mentorship and Technical Support:

  • Act as a mentor/training assistant for hundreds of global professionals, providing timely technical support, guidance, and constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to enhance the overall learning experience.

• Analytics-Powered Solutions:

  • Develop and leverage analytics-powered solutions to continuously monitor and identify opportunities for improving the quality of the learning experience.
  • Solve a variety of business problems using data analytics, ensuring appropriateness, accuracy, richness, and desired outcomes.

• Organizational Contribution:

  • Act as an active contributor to organizational growth by identifying and executing various opportunities for development, including new products or processes.
  • Participate in building the organization's capabilities and contribute to its overall success.

Requirements

• Professional Experience:

  • Possess a minimum of 2+ years of working experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Demonstrate involvement in solving end-to-end business problems or being an integral part of a problem-solving journey.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strongly mandatory - Minimum of 1+ year of experience using SQL to query data and Python to manipulate data and extract insights from large datasets.
  • Showcase expertise in creating and implementing machine learning algorithms and employing statistical modeling methods.

• Communication Skills:

  • Exhibit strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in easy-to-understand language.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including professionals with varying levels of expertise.

• DL Toolkits:

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with open-source deep learning toolkits, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
