About the Job: As a Data Analyst at Spherix Global Insights, you will play a crucial role in managing market research data development, collection, and reporting for assigned projects. Reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics, this position requires a close collaboration with the Insights Team. The role is based in Exton, PA, and provides a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve survey programming to ensure critical data elements are incorporated (piping, branching, etc.) for effective analysis.
- Collaborate with Franchise Heads to develop the analysis plan for each publication.
- Post-fielding, clean and format data, prepare summary statistics using SPSS, and conduct cross-tabulation analysis for specified cross-tabulations.
- Input summary data into PowerPoint templates for effective presentation.
- Address client requests for additional analyses promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Franchise Heads on additional ad hoc analyses that may be utilized in different settings.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exposure to and proven capabilities in data analytics.
- Strong understanding of statistics and familiarity with statistical software applications such as SPSS, SAS, R, or SQL.
- Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work without routine supervision and a consistent track record of delivering against objectives.
- Good communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
