Introduction:
- Provide support to identify, quantify, plan, and control business design and analysis related activities for high-performance project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies for strategic decision-making.
- Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards, presenting key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Data Cleaning and Validation:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough cleaning, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Data Modelling:
- Create and maintain data models for enhanced understanding of business processes, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Trend Forecasting:
- Identify trends, forecast future performance, and contribute to the development of business strategies.
- Data Visualisation:
- Present complex data findings through visualizations, using charts, graphs, and other aids.
- Undertake & Leverage Data Analysis:
- Identify opportunities, recommend options, and assess associated costs.
- Business Partner Collaboration:
- Elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Support PM for Business Case/Project Charters:
- Assist in project documentation and planning.
- Business Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze and improve business processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent.
- Analytical skills demonstration.
- Proficient in data manipulation using MS Excel; familiarity with MS Suite of applications.
- Desire to learn innovative data analysis techniques (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Splunk, etc.).
- Awareness of and ability to apply BA techniques and tools (BCS/BABOK/CBAP/ITIL qualified).
Skills:
- Broad IT domain experience and basic understanding of information technology and business concepts.
- Familiarity with general business functions.
