Responsibilities:

  • Develop optimized, secure, and scalable code adhering to best practices, including unit testing and peer reviews.
  • Devise creative solutions to address problems aligned with both the product and technology roadmaps.
  • Contribute to end-to-end technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in a cross-functional, Agile environment.
  • Embrace a hybrid work model, alternating between remote and office work, with a general guideline of spending 50% or more time in the office as per business needs.

Qualifications: Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field, graduating between August 2023 and August 2024.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology (e.g., Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, HTML).
  • Experience with writing utilities/automation tools using Selenium, Java, REST, Python, Groovy, and more.
  • Familiarity with software testing principles.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
  • Documentation skills for processes, designs, test results, and analysis.
  • Lead root cause analysis and oversee defect resolution.
  • Review and provide feedback on development code, test designs, and test cases.
  • Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
