About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating dashboards, reports, and generating insights.
  • Utilizing Tableau for data visualization.
  • Employing Alteryx for workflow management.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Python and SQL (or other querying languages).
  • Possessing advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Applying a logical and scientific approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicating complex results effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

About You:

You are an ideal fit for the Data Analyst role if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the data analytics domain.
  • Experience in building visualization dashboards and automating reports.
  • 1-3 years of expertise in Tableau visualization tool.
  • Worked with Alteryx tool and its workflows for dashboard automation.
  • Strong experience in deriving insights from historical or real-time data.
  • Proficiency in Python or other leading software/languages.
  • Knowledge of querying languages such as SQL, Snowflake, and relational databases.
  • Understanding of Text Analytics (NLP) and Machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Preferably, familiarity with the CX (Customer Experience) domain or experience in survey data projects.
  • Graduated from any stream (quantitative fields preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
