About the Role:

  1. Conducting detailed business analysis to identify problems and opportunities for the business.
  2. Developing reports, dashboards, and automation solutions.
  3. Analyzing and preparing data for leadership presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.

Expectations/Requirements:

  1. Build and lead a team of Data Analysts (DA) and Management Information System (MIS) professionals to establish a centralized data management system, defining Key Result Areas (KRAs) and growth paths for the team.
  2. Design and implement processes for automated data extraction, report/dashboard automation, and aligning stakeholders for enhanced data visibility. Collaborate with the process team to define Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  3. Collaborate with in-house and external operations teams, identify and track performance measures, key performance indicators, and associated drivers.
  4. Work with data engineering and data science teams to design, build, and deploy data analytics systems for large datasets, extracting meaningful insights for the operations team.
  5. Develop metrics and action points to drive in-house and external operations performance improvement and scalability decisions.
  6. Drive team performance in alignment with business objectives and aim for higher targets periodically.
  7. Design dashboards for merchant communications and automate them to support internal stakeholders.

Superpowers/Skills for Success:

  1. Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations with at least 7 years of experience working with real data.
  2. Innovative and adept at solving analytical and algorithmic problems.
  3. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), data extraction tools (Oracle, Hive, MySQL), and presentation (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  4. Extensive experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Tech or Equivalent (Any Tier-1 university).
