Job Description

Technology Vision:

Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies within Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Automation, Programming, Data Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence domains.

Solution Architecture:

Lead the conceptualization and implementation of scalable and resilient technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the architecture aligns with business needs and scalability requirements.

Leadership and Team Management:

Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to a high-performing team of technical experts within a matrixed organization.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure:

Supervise the management and optimization of cloud platforms and infrastructure in partnership with a dedicated Hybrid Cloud practice.
Promote the adoption of cloud-native technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Programming and Development:

Offer technical oversight and guidance for development projects.
Ensure compliance with best practices in software development and coding standards.

Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence:

Lead initiatives related to data engineering, encompassing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Drive the integration and utilization of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies for strategic business benefits.

Executive Communication:
