What You’ll Do?

Querying the Database: Utilizing SQL to run queries on ShareChat's analytical engine built on Redshift.
Scripting: Crafting scalable scripts to retrieve or modify data from API endpoints.
Analytical Skills: Handling large volumes of data related to user behavior on ShareChat. Analyzing data to derive meaningful conclusions is essential.
Critical Thinking: Identifying trends and patterns in data to generate new insights based on findings.
Attention to Detail: Recognizing that data requires precision. Ensuring vigilance in analysis to arrive at accurate conclusions.

Who Are You?

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics is preferred.
Demonstrated work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
Technical expertise in data models, database design and development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Proficiency in reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
Familiarity with statistics and experience using statistical packages for dataset analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
