Position: Senior / Lead Data Analyst
Experience Required: 4-7 Years
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/MCA/BCA/Bsc
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports using data to uncover insights that enhance cross-functional collaboration, optimizing teams to maximize Marketing ROI.
- Define KPIs and report on SDR Productivity & Performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable, high-impact insights across product lines and functions.
- Partner with Operations, Tools, Insights, and Enablement teams to improve the company's revenue generation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain regular reports on key performance metrics, including forecasting, full funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and take initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Present data and analysis in a format suitable for diverse audiences, employing data visualization, dashboards, or other methods.
- Leverage strong database skills to work with extensive, complex data sets and extract insights.
- Cleanse unstructured or ambiguous data into usable data sets for analysis and business process improvement.
- Utilize advanced analytics and metrics to enhance processes and provide data-driven forecasts for potential costs, revenues, and risks associated with business initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative role.
- Experience in hyper-growth and large tech companies is preferred (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Knowledge and experience in SDR/Sales/Revenue Analytics, measurement, attribution are essential.
- Passion for applying analytics to solve organizational problems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL/R/SAS/JMP, etc.), data transformation, and processing.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Sisense, etc., with a preference for Power BI experience.
