Profile Overview

• SafeGold is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and analytically minded Product Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison across business development, product management, engineering, and external integration partner teams.

• The role is tailored for ambitious professionals or recent graduates possessing a strong technical, mathematical, or engineering background who thrive on solving complex business challenges and architecting scalable technical solutions.

• As a core team member, you will take complete ownership of defining business requirements, evaluating technical workflows, supporting cross-border API partner integrations, and driving key product optimization initiatives.

• You will collaborate directly with cross-functional leadership to map end-to-end user journeys, conduct thorough root-cause analysis, and refine operational processes to support rapidly growing international markets including Thailand and the UAE.

• This position demands an exceptional blend of analytical rigour, structured problem-solving, active listening, and persuasive stakeholder communication.

• The ideal candidate must be adept at translating non-technical business objectives into crisp, comprehensive functional documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical briefs for development teams.

• You will actively participate in product release readiness, establishing validation acceptance criteria, testing user scenarios, and tracking system integrations to ensure flawless platform execution.

• Beyond traditional business analysis, you will create compelling presentation pitch decks, strategic briefs, and functional reports to articulate product value propositions to internal leadership and global external partners.

• This role provides a high-visibility entry point into fintech product management, offering exposure to cross-border financial systems, real-time pricing engines, regulatory compliance frameworks, and digital asset management.

Qualifications

• Educational Background & Core Technical Proficiency:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.

  • Deep conceptual understanding of software architecture, data structures, application programming interfaces (APIs), system workflows, and relational databases.

  • Demonstrated comfort analyzing data flows, database schemas, and integration specifications without requiring hands-on software development duties.

• Relevant Professional Experience & Skills:

  • 0 to 3 years of total experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, Product Operations, Implementation Engineering, Management Consulting, or analytical roles within technology platforms.

  • Fresh graduates possessing exceptional academic performance, analytical projects, and a demonstrated passion for technology are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Proven track record in gathering, structuring, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements from diverse business stakeholders.

  • Solid proficiency in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and visual process flowcharts.

  • Strong expertise in using analytical frameworks to evaluate operational challenges, perform root-cause analyses, and propose scalable tech-driven solutions.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of fluently articulating complex technical details to non-technical business leaders and commercial priorities to software engineers.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven capability to build trust, navigate cross-functional dynamics, and manage multiple conflicting priorities simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing professional visual pitch decks, executive presentation slides, and formal partner proposals.

• Key Operational Responsibilities & Ownership Areas:

  • Lead end-to-end business requirements elicitation sessions with internal product owners, operations leads, and external corporate partners.

  • Translate commercial needs into actionable engineering tickets, precise functional specifications, detailed user flow maps, and testable acceptance criteria.

  • Document market-specific compliance requirements, regulatory workflows, and operational rules for international expansion efforts in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

  • Audit existing product workflows and system interactions to identify friction points, latency bottlenecks, and operational inefficiency.

  • Oversee technical partner integrations, providing comprehensive specification guides and testing support to third-party digital gold distribution partners.

  • Actively assist product managers during quality assurance cycles, defining validation scenarios, edge-case testing plans, and overall release readiness evaluations.

  • Build quantitative reporting decks and executive briefs to track product adoption, feature performance, partner health metrics, and strategic project roadmaps.

• Strategic & Technical Scope:

  • Function as the principal conceptual translator bridging business strategy, user experience design, and software engineering execution.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to high-scale digital asset systems, real-time bullion pricing feeds, automated settlement engines, and vault management APIs.

  • Contribute actively to international market localization, helping build multi-region product capabilities designed for scalable global deployments.
