  • Gather and map out relevant data points from multiple sources, including Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and other business intelligence platforms.

  • Develop comprehensive reports that provide insights into sales performance, operational efficiency, and industrial capacity.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting channels.

  • Consolidate data from different platforms into a single, structured format for easy accessibility.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports.

  • Maintain and update data systems to ensure optimal performance and usability.

Business Insights and Analysis:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business operations.

  • Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights to management teams.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Develop models and frameworks for forecasting business trends based on historical data.

Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting:

  • Assess long-term supply chain requirements and provide detailed reports on upstream raw material needs.

  • Monitor production capacity levels to ensure alignment with business demands.

  • Forecast future demands based on sales data and market trends.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Work Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, or a similar role (even internship works)

  • Proven expertise in data collection, processing, and analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and other relevant platforms.

  • Strong ability to manage and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.

  • Experience in database management systems is a plus.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.

  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Communication and Team Collaboration:
