Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analytics techniques to analyze customer engagement and marketing performance data.

  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and visualization using MS Excel and Python.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to present findings to the team and stakeholders.

  • Work with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros to process and analyze datasets efficiently.

  • Assist in the execution of data-driven marketing campaigns by analyzing trends and customer behavior.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting mechanisms.

  • Research and implement best practices for data visualization and business intelligence reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros.

  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.

  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings clearly and effectively.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
