Profile Overview:

  • The Trainee - Junior Data Analyst role is integral to the Process Executive - CDM/PV team at Cognizant, with a focus on leveraging Generative AI technologies to drive innovation in various projects. The individual will support AI-related projects, assist with PV Case Processing, and contribute to Research and Development (R&D) efforts, particularly in improving and optimizing processes.

  • In this role, the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, ensuring enhanced efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day operations. With a keen focus on AI model optimization and data analysis, this role is designed for someone passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to explore new AI methodologies. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting AI-related issues, validating AI models, and documenting technical requirements, design, and testing processes.

Responsibilities:

Support for AI Technologies:

  • Assist in the implementation of Generative AI across various internal and client-facing projects
  • Develop and optimize AI models to improve operational efficiency and overall process performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate AI solutions into established workflows

Data Analysis & Decision Support:

  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making processes
  • Generate and analyze reports, ensuring that data-driven strategies are at the core of improvements

AI Model Validation & Troubleshooting:

  • Participate in validating AI models, ensuring their accuracy and reliability for business applications
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for any AI-related challenges that arise

Research and Development (R&D):

  • Engage in R&D activities related to Generative AI technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation
  • Explore novel AI applications that can enhance the company's overall technological capabilities

PV Case Processing Support:

  • Support PV Case Processing by leveraging AI tools to streamline data management and improve data accuracy
  • Ensure that AI-driven processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards for data integrity

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Document the technical aspects of AI projects, including requirements gathering, design, and testing processes
  • Monitor AI models' performance over time and suggest areas for continuous improvement
  • Provide training and support to team members on AI tools, helping them effectively implement and utilize new technologies

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all AI-related activities
  • Stay updated on relevant compliance standards and ensure adherence to best practices in AI implementation

  • Knowledge of Generative AI Technologies:
    • Strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications in process automation and optimization

    • Proficient in conducting data analysis to support decision-making and optimize AI model performance
