Profile Overview
- Silverspace Inc. is currently looking for a talented individual to fill the position of an Entry Level Data Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to start a career in data analytics with a dynamic organization.
- The selected candidate will be an essential part of the data analytics team, working alongside experienced professionals to support the organization’s business goals by analyzing data, identifying trends, and helping the company make data-driven decisions.
- This role focuses not just on working with data but also on supporting clients with technical interview preparations. As a Data Analyst, you will work with various clients, guiding them through the technical and behavioral challenges they may encounter during data analyst interviews.
- The job responsibilities will encompass data analysis, mock interviews, and real-time guidance, which will require you to have strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- You will also be part of mock interview sessions, providing critical feedback and helping candidates improve their chances of success in actual interviews.
- Shift timings for this role are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, which offers flexibility for individuals seeking an evening schedule.
- The on-site position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, offering opportunities for professional growth, collaboration, and teamwork in a supportive and challenging work environment.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis Tools: You will be required to proficiently use SQL, Python, and Excel to help candidates understand how to approach data analysis tasks during interviews.
- Real-Time Interview Guidance: You will provide live technical advice to candidates during practice interviews, helping them navigate common technical and behavioral questions.
- Mock Interviews: Conducting mock interviews will be a key part of your responsibilities, simulating the interview environment and offering constructive feedback.
- Interview Question Preparation: You will help clients prepare for both technical and behavioral interview questions, giving them the confidence they need to succeed in real-life interview scenarios.
- Keep Updated: Staying current with the latest trends in data analysis and the most relevant tools is crucial for this role. You’ll be expected to continuously update your knowledge and adapt your guidance accordingly.
- Client Assistance: Provide continuous support and training to help clients grasp the key concepts required for a successful interview performance, enhancing their overall readiness and confidence.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required for this role.
- Analytical Skills: The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Data Structures & Algorithms: A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms is necessary, as these concepts are often key in technical interviews and day-to-day data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as the role involves interacting with clients, providing them with clear, understandable feedback, and helping them prepare for interviews effectively.
