Profile Overview:
- As an MIS/Data Analyst at JLL, you will play a critical role in managing the operations of the Management Information System (MIS) and data processes for the company’s clients.
- The position focuses on maintaining accurate and timely documentation to ensure smooth operations and processes for the clients' facilities.
- You will be responsible for providing accurate reports, managing cost data, payroll information, transportation data, and vendor relations, ensuring a streamlined workflow that keeps client operations efficient and transparent.
- The role also involves managing budgets, tracking accruals, and ensuring zero errors in the submission of invoices, as well as overseeing the documentation of cost sheets and other financial data.

Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of management information systems and proficiency in working with data analytics tools to analyze and forecast data accurately.
- Ability to manage multiple financial documents and reports, such as cost sheets, payroll data, staff transportation data, and vendor invoices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle vendor relations, including maintaining invoice trackers and ensuring the timely submission of accurate invoices.
- Expertise in preparing and submitting monthly and yearly reports such as cost sheets, budget versus actual data, accruals, and purchase order open/close data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring zero errors in documentation and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, PeopleSoft, and other relevant MIS platforms used for managing data and reports.
- Experience in collaborating with procurement teams to follow up on purchase orders and ensuring the timely submission of purchase requests.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and identify budget corrections, ensuring accurate forecasting of future spending.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and the ability to manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with vendors and other external stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and analyzing detailed financial reports to forecast future spending and ensure budget compliance.

- Participating in quarterly vendor meetings and ensuring that no due certificates are obtained from vendors.
- Analyzing detailed financial forecasts, including budget vs actual spending, and assisting leadership in making necessary corrections.
- Preparing and developing annual budgets and managing ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
