Profile Overview:

• Responsible for interacting with business users to understand their requirements
• Performs end-to-end data validation and data modeling as needed
• Communicates complex topics effectively through written and oral means
• Takes ownership of complete project management from requirement gathering to delivery
• Designs and develops ETL workflows and datasets using Alteryx
• Possesses deep experience with ETL tools, specifically Alteryx
• Prepares technical specifications and documentation for BI report support
• Conducts unit tests and develops database queries for analysis and troubleshooting
• Provides recommendations to improve current processes and controls
• Documents compensating controls for managing security risks due to limitations
• Ensures adherence to change management processes and documents all business discussions

Qualifications:

• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries involving multiple tables and joins
• Knowledge of Python, including hands-on experience with its tools and libraries
• Ability to conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze and resolve issues
• Experience in developing and updating technical documentation for senior leaders and colleagues
• Understanding of technical or business limitations in implementing technology controls
• Ability to provide recommendations for strengthening processes and controls on technology platforms
• Skilled in documenting compensating controls to manage security risks
• Effective communication with business users, documenting discussions, and following change management processes
• Experience in providing regular task updates to team members
