Role Responsibilities

As a Product Analyst at Bright, your core responsibilities will revolve around leveraging data to inform product strategy, roadmap development, and key business decisions. Key duties include:

Data Analysis and Insights Generation

• Analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights
• Supporting new product initiatives through data-driven recommendations
• Identifying product improvements and new features based on analytical findings

Metrics Development and Performance Tracking

• Defining and implementing metrics for assessing the performance of new and existing features
• Collaborating closely with the Product Team to design experiments aimed at improving business metrics

Candidate Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, with a preference for Python
• 0.6 to 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst
• Strong statistical foundations and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to conduct internet research on US financial services landscape
• Excel-based analytical skills, including graphing, pivot tables, and summary statistics
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for report generation
