Profile overview:

Skilled HR Business Analyst needed for process optimization and solution design.
Drive efficiency improvements and support the entire HR lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless functionality of HR technology solutions.
Develop documentation, reports, and presentations.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and HR stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar HR role.
Expertise in solution design, process optimization, and project management.
Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.

Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.
Preferred: Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management/ Lean Six Sigma.
Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology tools.
Experience with HRIS and knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in HR.
