Responsibilities
Architecting Advanced Reporting and Visualization
Collaborate with the global optimization solutions team to design and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization capabilities. These capabilities will support data insights and analytical needs across various products, markets, and services.
Machine Learning Solutions
Develop solutions using machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights for product optimization and sales enablement. Prototype new algorithms, evaluate performance, and deliver impactful recommendations.
Product Evolution
Drive product evolution by leveraging data science and engineering expertise. Design machine learning systems and AI software to automate predictive models and enhance product functionality.
Data Processing and Analysis
Perform data ingestion, aggregation, and processing on large volumes of high-dimensional data. Drive data unification efforts and extract relevant insights to support business decision-making.
Innovation and Problem Solving
Continuously explore new approaches, tools, and technologies to solve complex business problems. Apply knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Academic and Professional Background
- Strong academic record in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, reporting, and quantitative analysis.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, data structures, and software architecture.
- Experience with Python/Spark, Hadoop platforms, and SQL for building Big Data products and platforms.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Business Intelligence Platforms such as Tableau and PowerBI is advantageous.
Analytical and Communication Skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Prior experience in product development roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive sales enablement efforts.
