Working within the Data Office and reporting to the Head of Data & Insight, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets. Responsibilities of a Data Analyst II
Data Collection and Preparation
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources into usable formats for analysis.
- Develop and maintain efficient data models, databases, and reporting systems to streamline data management processes.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to support strategic business decisions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and generate meaningful reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Requirements for the Role
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and tools (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing, clustering).
