About the Role

  • We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Center for Data and Insights. This role requires a deep understanding of data, a talent for creating impactful visualizations, and the ability to track business trends effectively.
  • You will collaborate with global internal partners from various departments such as Marketing, Finance, Commerce, and Operations to deliver actionable insights to executive and senior management teams.
  • Responsibilities include developing relationships with internal partners, creating certified dashboards and presentations, providing proactive recommendations, and fostering a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service.
  • You'll utilize Tableau to maximize analytical capabilities, work with complex databases and data warehouses using SQL, and build weekly insight decks for the leadership team.

About You

  • We're looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, advanced analytics, statistics, and optimization, along with 3+ years of experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Experience in creating compelling presentations for executive-level audiences, defining KPIs, statistical modeling, and working with large datasets is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
