What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of the Design Team, you will:
- Design simple, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight our users
- Gather product requirements, conduct regular user research sessions and interviews, frame problems, and devise solutions aligned with customer and business needs
- Effectively lead and represent your team, advocating for user-centered design principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and narrow down problems, propose design solutions, and contribute to solution testing frameworks
- Influence the product strategy throughout the user lifecycle and execute design work with a high level of polish across all touchpoints
- Lead and mentor other designers within the assigned product area
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong understanding of the process for building product experiences, including best practices for design deliverables (mocks, prototypes, documentation, quality checks)
- Solid foundation in visual design, with a grasp of design principles such as space, typography, color theory, and layout
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your design process, hands-on visual design skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator, presenter, and someone who values giving and receiving constructive feedback
