What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of the Design Team, you will:

Design simple, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight our users
Gather product requirements, conduct regular user research sessions and interviews, frame problems, and devise solutions aligned with customer and business needs
Effectively lead and represent your team, advocating for user-centered design principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and narrow down problems, propose design solutions, and contribute to solution testing frameworks
Influence the product strategy throughout the user lifecycle and execute design work with a high level of polish across all touchpoints
Lead and mentor other designers within the assigned product area

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Strong understanding of the process for building product experiences, including best practices for design deliverables (mocks, prototypes, documentation, quality checks)
Solid foundation in visual design, with a grasp of design principles such as space, typography, color theory, and layout
Impressive portfolio showcasing your design process, hands-on visual design skills, and problem-solving abilities
Effective communicator, presenter, and someone who values giving and receiving constructive feedback
