Job Summary:

As a Senior Data Scientist Associate at JP Morgan in the International Consumer Banking business, we are dedicated to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. The Business Analytics team plays a pivotal role in this initiative, collaborating across various business domains such as Marketing, Financial Crime, and Contact Center Operations. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, we assist in data-informed decision-making by providing reporting, conducting in-depth analyses, and automating data-intensive business processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners, research teams, and domain experts to comprehend business problems.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis using diverse data sources to provide decision-makers with actionable insights on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Present findings in a clear, logical, and persuasive manner, supported by effective visualizations.
• Collaborate with data engineers, machine learning engineers, and dashboard developers to automate and optimize business processes.
• Identify untapped opportunities for transforming business practices through data.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in advanced SQL querying skills.
• Proficient in data analysis using Python.
• Experience in using big data and statistics to address business questions.
• Experience with customer analytics, including user behavioral analysis and survey analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to contextualize raw data within the business context and identify business opportunities hidden in data.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
