As a Data Analyst at Blink, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging analytics to drive growth in our pharma business and enhance internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Gain expertise in Blink's data landscape, understanding the operational aspects and product features that contribute to data generation.
• Provide recommendations on data presentation and sharing to ensure accessibility and comprehension for stakeholders.
• Propose enhancements for optimal data utilization within the organization.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for stakeholders, articulating business performance, identifying root causes, and suggesting initiatives for growth acceleration.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics to uncover insights into crucial business and client inquiries.
• Develop and deliver partner business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of key growth initiatives.
• Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of data and exhibit ownership in creating and maintaining data artifacts.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, coupled with excellent reporting and dashboarding skills in Tableau.
• Proven ability to distill actionable insights from data and drive growth initiatives.
• Track record of conducting effective business reviews based on a comprehensive understanding of inputs and their impact on outputs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
