Job Description: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with a robust background in AI, ML, SQL, and statistics. The ideal candidate will assume a leadership role in our BI team, driving the BI strategy, overseeing dashboard and report development, and championing data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in AI and ML, the ability to lead a high-performing BI team, and hands-on experience in generating reports and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the BI strategy, incorporating AI and ML capabilities, to align with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead a team of BI analysts, offering guidance, mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and provide effective solutions.
Design and develop intricate BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Oversee the data architecture and data modeling process to maintain data integrity and quality.
Lead the evaluation and selection of BI tools and technologies, with a specific focus on AI and ML integration.
Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, standards, and best practices.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in BI, AI, and ML to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, MIS, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in leading BI teams and implementing BI solutions.
Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with proficiency in AI and ML integration.
Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Must be available to join within one month.
Will be required to work from our office in Noida.
