Job Description: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with a robust background in AI, ML, SQL, and statistics. The ideal candidate will assume a leadership role in our BI team, driving the BI strategy, overseeing dashboard and report development, and championing data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in AI and ML, the ability to lead a high-performing BI team, and hands-on experience in generating reports and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the BI strategy, incorporating AI and ML capabilities, to align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of BI analysts, offering guidance, mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and provide effective solutions.
• Design and develop intricate BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Oversee the data architecture and data modeling process to maintain data integrity and quality.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of BI tools and technologies, with a specific focus on AI and ML integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, standards, and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in BI, AI, and ML to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, MIS, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading BI teams and implementing BI solutions.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with proficiency in AI and ML integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, statistics, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
