- Line Management:
- Providing guidance, mentoring, and leadership to team members.

- Project Contribution:
- Actively participating in the PB Technology function, focusing on client lifecycle management.
- Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Building:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with application support teams.
- Facilitating effective project delivery into the production environment.
Key Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Minimum qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis within Agile and Waterfall frameworks (5+ yoe preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with workflow applications and business rules engines.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of SQL.
