Profile Overview

  • PayU Finance, a subsidiary of Prosus group, offers credit and lending services.
  • PayU Finance India has disbursed over 20 billion loans to date, totaling more than $280 million in consumer credit.
  • Provides affordable short-term loans up to INR 5 lacs via brands LazyPay and PaySense.

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in database interrogation and analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, data management, and visualization.
  • Adaptable communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
  • End-to-end ownership of key metrics and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in Fintech or B2C product domain is a bonus.
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science or software development experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with products having a massive user scale (1Mn+ DAUs) is a plus.
