Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
• Organize data to establish a single source of truth that is user-friendly.
• Comprehend complex analytics scenarios requiring dataset combination and transformation to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop standards and reusable components/frameworks for data pipelines.
• Create and maintain Workday Prism Analytics tables, derived datasets, and data change tasks.
• Accountable for defining the scope for dashboard creation and configuring process flows in Prism that adhere to best practices.
• Support standard reporting and promote self-service.

Technical Experience:

• Adept in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
• Experience handling extensive datasets.
• Sound knowledge of data acquisition, datasets, tables, data transformation, and security in Prism Analytics.
• Development and configuration of Workday custom reports involving Workday Prism as needed.
• Proficient in process optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of Workday security domains.
• Proficiency in creating Workday calculated fields.
• Nice to have experience in Workday integration and data streams.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience with Workday.
• Strong expertise in Prism and SQL.
• Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various locations.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.
